How questions are counted
- One answer = one question
- Every question a child answers in an AI quiz or a learning game uses one question from the balance.

- All your children share it, so you never pay per child.

- This month's plan first, then the free questions, then packs. Unused plan questions don't roll over.

Do I need a plan to start?
No. Every family gets 200 free questions. Try everything first and decide later.
Which plan should I pick?
Ten questions a day for one child use about 300 questions a month. Two kids learning every day fit the 1,000-question plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in the dashboard: Settings → Manage payments. You won't be charged again, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, as long as none of the questions were used. After partial use, the refund covers the unused part. See the refund policy.
